Here is a copy of our meal plan for the week of January 29th. This plan will carry us into the first few days of February.
As usual, breakfast and lunch are pretty standard. We've been trying a few different recipes for dinner. Most of our meals are low carb. We do our best to follow a low carb diet, although sometimes we do indulge in a few treats. The banana muffins that I make are made with Almond Flour so they are very high in protein and very low in carbs.
